Area Scanners
Implementing area scanners in potentially hazardous environments allows for a more open production layout while still maintaining personnel safety.
Anywhere personnel could come into contact with a hazardous material or moving parts, area scanners allow us to quickly halt/suspend a manufacturing process and keep our team members safe.
Light Curtains
There are many applications that don’t warrant a full safety area scanner, such as in stand-alone machining. For these jobs, light curtains provide a cost-effective and durable way to protect personnel.
We carefully consider criteria such as beam resolution, maximum sensing distance, and environment interference when deciding on how to implement a safety light curtain solution.
